Customer Verified Outcomes

Group Leaders receive a confirmation text when a sale moves to CDS, ensuring dates and details are confirmed or corrected early to improve retention.

When a deal is moved to CDS, Snap! Mobile will automatically send an SMS to the Group Leader. The purpose of this step is to confirm fundraiser details early in the process and track the customer's onboarding phase.

How it works:

  1. SMS is sent to the Group Leader when the deal enters CDS. 
  2. The Group Leader is asked to reply with Y or N to confirm or update fundraiser details.
  3. Based on the reply, a task is generated for the Deal Owner (or AM):
    1. Y response → Task: “Everything’s confirmed!”

    2. N response (or any other reply) → Task: “Go talk to your group leader and re-confirm the details.”

  4. The response data is logged into HubSpot to track onboarding process.

Automated Response Messages 

  • If Group Leader replies "Y": Thank you for confirming your fundraiser details! 
  • If Group Leader replies "N" or another response: Thank you! Your Snap! Raise sales representative will connect with you shortly to update your fundraiser details.
