How to Add Active Campaigns to FanX Apps

Note: There is currently no automation in place to add active campaigns to FanX apps, we rely on updates from our field sales reps as to when a campaign is going to become or has become active. All campaigns are scheduled to be removed from the app automatically the day after it ends.

To add an active campaign into a FanX app, please email: fanx.support@snapraise.com

  • Use the subject line: Add Campaign to App
  • Please include the following information:
    • FanX app name* (if unsure, your CSM will have the specific app code)
    • Campaign link
    • Campaign end date
    • Campaign type (e.g., Girls Basketball)

*If you only provide the school name, please include the state (e.g., Snapton High School, Texas).

Campaigns will be featured in the "Fundraisers & Promos" section, accessible through the More Menu in the app. Potential donors can navigate to this section by clicking on the "Snap! Raise - Fundraisers" card within the app. On the day a campaign goes live or when the campaign is added to the app, a notification will be sent to all users encouraging them to visit the fundraiser and support the group.

By tapping the notification, donors will be taken directly to the "Fundraisers & Promos" section, where they can choose a campaign to support. Even better, all active campaigns will be displayed in this section, allowing donors to support multiple groups from one convenient location.
