New Hire Onboarding Checklist

Welcome to Snap! Mobile

Congrats on your new role! We are thrilled to have you on board and are excited about the skills and expertise you will bring to our dynamic sales organization. As you embark on your onboarding journey, we want to ensure a smooth transition and provide you with all the necessary resources to succeed. 

Here are the expectations for your first week:

  1. Live Training: You'll be participating in interactive training sessions to familiarize yourself with our products, services, and sales processes. These sessions will eqip you with the foundational knowledge of Snap! Mobile and your role as an AE. 
  2. Seismic Learning: You're enrolled in Seismic Learning, our online learning platform. This tool will. be invaluable during your onboarding and beyond. Begin by logging in with your company email: FirstName.LastName@snapraise.com and start working on your assigned learning modules. 
  3. Field Training: You’ll spend time in the field with your manager or senior MDM, visiting schools. This hands-on experience will give you insights into day-to-day operations, encouraging you to apply your Snap! Mobile knowledge, and help you start building relationships in your territory. 
  4. Collaboration & Preparation: Fridays are dedicated to sales admin tasks. You’ll participate in team meetings and company calls to immerse yourself in our culture. Additionally, you’ll use this time to prepare your plan for your first full week in the field.

New Hire Onboarding Checklist:

✅ HR, Benefits, and Payroll:

  • Provide relevant employment documents (I-9) and brign on your first day
  • Complete new hire paperwork in ADP
  • Complete workplace harassment prevention training
  • Add a profile picture to cpmpany communication channels (e.g., Slack, Zoom, etc.)
  • Review PTO policy
  • Modify email signature
  • Optional: Make benefit elections in ADP

✅  Culture:

  • Order Snap! Mobile gear
  • Follow Snap! Mobile on social media
  • Upload Welcome Video to #all-company Slack channel
  • Optional: Add Donut in Slack apps and join the #yocoffeebreaks channel
