Onboarding Participants to FanX Apps

Note: When a organization is upgraded to FanX (this occurs after we are granted access to their Apple Developer Account) they are no longer Snap! Mobile App eligible.

Participant onboarding flyers will not auto-create in the Group Leader dashboard for FanX apps. To create a participant onboarding flyer, tag your account manager in a note on your deal in HubSpot or create the flyer yourself using the Canva Template below. Please allow your account manager at least 24 hours to fulfill this request.

If you are onboarding a group without the help of a participant flyer, please use the directions below. It is highly recommended to confirm the naming convention of the app prior to onboarding, as app names can reflect the school, mascot, or booster organization and are chosen at the customer’s discretion.

  • Download the [Name] app.
  • Open the app and select the “Snap! Raise - Fundraisers” card.
  • Select “All Raise Participants.”
  • Create an account or sign into your existing Snap! Raise account.
  • Enter your join code [xxx-xxx-xxx].
  • Add your name and profile picture.
  • Enter your guardian email address(es).
  • Select your sizes for Outfit the Kid and Rewards, if applicable.
  • Enter 20+ quality email addresses.
  • Enter 10+ quality phone numbers.
