How to Enable Snap! Mobile Messaging


To use Snap! Mobile Messaging, group leader need to Enable it. Having the group leader enable the feature will:

  • Ensure the group leader is aware when a channel is activated. 
  • Prevent participants from using messaging without supervision from an authority figure. 
  • Reduce friction in schools that prefer not to have messaging automatically enabled. 

How to Enable Snap! Mobile Messaging

  • Step 1: Login to Snap! Mobile
  • Step 2: Click on the Org Admin in the Global Header. 
  • Step 3: Select the Action Menu for the fundraising channel. 
  • Step 4: Enable Snap! Mobile Messaging 

⚠️ Important Note: When a channel is enabled, the group leader must download the Snap! Mobile app - the group leader will automatically join the channel. Participants will be added as they join the campaign.
