Team Selling Handoff Checklist
How do I know I'm ready to handoff a fundraising campaign?
💡 Pro Tip: If the fundraising page can't be built in HubSpot, the campaign is not ready to be handed-off to your account manager.
✔️ The deal has a verified company associated with it that includes the EIN - Employer ID Number. This should also be the confirmed Payable Organization.
✔️ The deal has a Contact associated with it. The Contact should be the group leader.
✔️ Phone numbers and emails are formatted correctly and added to the Contact.
✔️ The fundraiser creation link populates when you move the deal to campaign date set.
✔️ The date of the onboarding call is added under Team Selling - Date of Onboarding Call if you have scheduled it with the group leader.
✔️ Complete the #approved-team-selling handoff note.

- It must have a defined campaign start date.
✔️ Select Yes from the dropdown menu for Team Selling - AM Matchup.
✔️ Send an introduction email or text message to the group leader and your account manager.
