Cancel Store Order
We can cancel an order if it has not been started by Marco yet! Do not tell the customer we can cancel the order until we follow the steps below.
- Locate the order in Netsuite
- Is the order in the Design stage? Go to step 4.
- Is the order in the Marco Created stage? Go to step 2.
- Is the order in the Shipped stage? Tell the customer it is too late to cancel.
- Look up the order in Dream Junction (Marco)
- Is the order in the Intake Hold status? Email cs@marcofinearts.com and request to cancel the order.
- Go to step 3 once Marco confirms the order is canceled or tell the customer if it is too late.
- Is the order in the Open status? It may still be possible to cancel the order if the background behind all of the logos is red, which indicates the items have not been completed (see image below).
- Email cs@marcofinearts.com and request to cancel the order if it's not too late.
- Go to step 3 once Marco confirms the order is canceled or tell the customer if it is too late.
- Is the order in the Completed status? Tell the customer it is too late to cancel.
- Is the order in the Intake Hold status? Email cs@marcofinearts.com and request to cancel the order.
- Locate the order in Netsuite
- Move the order to Standby (Edit > Change Workflow Shipment Stage to Standby > Save)
- Click the Close button to close the order
- Locate the order in Magento
- Refund the order (See Refund Store order/item in Magento)
- Let the customer know the order has been canceled and refunded!
Example of order that has 0 items completed:
