Handling Rep Pushback to Store Disablements

Support no longer disables stores by rep request, but sometimes reps will push back on agents to close the store. If the situation doesn't fall under the examples below, send the Snippet "Store:Close Store - Self Serve Response - Reps/Internal" to tell the rep that the store needs to be closed by the group leader. 

 

Other Scenarios: 

"The group leader can't close the store" or "The group leader doesn't have the store on their dashboard"

  • Search for the store in Retool to find the group leader email associated with the store
  • Transfer the store to the new group leader so they can close it (see Update the store admin/GL)
  • Impersonate the GL to make sure they can see the store, then let the rep know they can disable it now

 

"It's against school rules/district policy to have a store"

  • The rep will need to work with their RSE & GM to coordinate with Mike Telfer & Tyler Palmer
  • Snippet = "Disable Store- GM & RSE"
  • Support can not disable live stores that fall under this scenario unless directed by Telfer, Tyler or Kym
