How to Remove a Participant from a Campaign
Upon request from the campaign director, group leader, parent, or participant, we are able to remove participants from the roster of any active campaign.
Reach out to the Campaign Director: Ask them which participant will need to be removed and if their donations need to be refunded (if there are any donations).
Removing a participant from a fundraiser DOES NOT automatically refund all donations made towards that participant.
Support Action:
1) Locate to the campaign page.
2) Once on the desired page, click Dashboard
3) Click Participants tab under the overview tab and scroll down to see the list of participants.
4) You will scroll down until you see the current participants for this fundraiser. Under the Remove section on the right, you'll be able to remove a participant by clicking the blue trashcan icon.
EX. Nathan Milla is not suppose to be in this fundraiser. We are removing Nathan.
5) Select "Yes, Remove Participant" to fully remove the participant from the fundraiser.
*NOTE* - Removing a participant is not the same as deleting an account.
Removing a participant simply removes them from the campaign, so people will not see their name if they try to donate towards that participant.
Deleting an account is different. Please refer to this article to delete an account.
