Marco Portal Order Lookup
1. Locate to this site- https://api.thedreamjunction.com/client/dashboard
2. Login credentials
- Email- tylerp@snap-raise.com
- Password- chq@prg3mvk7hwu@YAM
3. Locate to the orders tab
4. Locate to the Netsuite order
5. In the URL, copy the 2nd number
https://4766534.app.netsuite.com/app/accounting/transactions/salesord.nl?id=26009990&whence=
6. Paste that number in the marco portal "purchase order" section and click enter
7. Once you have the order pulled up, click the view button on the far right
8. ALL YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, IS THE TRACKING INFORMATION. There are two options:
1. This is where the tracking SHOULD be
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you see "shipment 1"
- There will be a linked tracking number (see pic)
- Open the tracking # to ensure the link is correct/working
- If the tracking # has not had any movement in days or weeks or seems off, please move to the next step
2. Scroll back up to the top of the order, and locate the "Last Note" section.
- If you see the Last Note has a long number in it, that means the order was changed over to FedEx. If you copy the number and google the number, it will populate with FedEx + tracking
