Next Steps after Org is Auto - Rejected
- When an org is submitted it is required that you have confirmed the information with the group leader and that there is a valid address that is not a PO Box or PMB Box. If either of these items are missing then the company will be auto-rejected.
- If the org is auto rejected, you will receive an email from a No-Reply email that includes what is needed to get the org in a pending approval state. A ticket will not be generated with support if the org is auto-rejected.
- Once you update the information in hubspot to a valid address and mark "Org Details Confirmed by Group Leader" as "Yes". The org will go back through the approval process. If there is still invalid info, you will receive another email stating what is missing.
- Once the valid info has been added, it will generate a ticket for support to approve the org and you will receive an automated email stating your ticket has been received
- Once the org has been approved, you will recieve an automated response stating the org has been approved
