Partial Refund Guidelines - orders over SLA
This article reviews the options we have for Store partial refunds due to SLA issues
Current SLA is 2-3 weeks but can take up to 4 weeks
If at any point you are unsure or the refund offerings are not working, please connect with your Manager to review.
Order is over 4 weeks
- 25% refund
- IF still not happy, try for 35%
Order is over 5weeks
- 45% refund
- If still not happy, connect with Manager
Anything over 6 weeks
- Full refund and still send them the item free
