Removing School From FanX App Store

Step 1: Obtain Confirmation

  • Receive formal confirmation from the Customer Success Manager (CSM) who manages the school portal.

  • This confirmation must clearly state that the school wants the app removed from the app store and confirm their portal ID


Step 2: Create a JIRA Ticket

  • Use the Hubspot integration to create a new ticket on the FanX board in JIRA.

  • Be sure to include all relevant details from the CSM's confirmation in the ticket.


Step 3: Assign the Ticket

  • Once the ticket is created, assign it to John Morrow for processing.


Step 4: Monitor the Ticket

  • Follow the progress of the ticket to ensure it is completed in a timely manner.

  • Reach out if there are any delays or issues during the process.


Step 5: Confirm Completion

  • Once the app has been removed, confirm with the CSM that the request has been fulfilled.
