Removing School From FanX App Store
Step 1: Obtain Confirmation

Receive formal confirmation from the Customer Success Manager (CSM) who manages the school portal.

This confirmation must clearly state that the school wants the app removed from the app store and confirm their portal ID
Step 2: Create a JIRA Ticket

Use the Hubspot integration to create a new ticket on the FanX board in JIRA.

Be sure to include all relevant details from the CSM's confirmation in the ticket.
Step 3: Assign the Ticket

Once the ticket is created, assign it to John Morrow for processing.
Step 4: Monitor the Ticket

Follow the progress of the ticket to ensure it is completed in a timely manner.

Reach out if there are any delays or issues during the process.
Step 5: Confirm Completion

Once the app has been removed, confirm with the CSM that the request has been fulfilled.
