Using Retool to Look Up a Store

You can use Retool to find a store by various identifiers, such as:

• Fund ID

• Group Leader email

• Domain (store URL)

• Store code

Retool is useful for finding key details about a specific store, such as:

• The store admin

• The date the store was created

• The fund ID associated with the store

Accessing Retool

1. Go to Retool and enter the password:

2. Click on Filter

   

3. In the filter section:

   • Click the box next to "Where" to select your search parameter (e.g., Fund ID, GL email, etc.).

   • Enter your search value in the input box.
