Sponsors may request refunds within 48 hours of making their purchase and prior to the fundraiser closing.
Please note that after 48 hours from the purchase time, we are unable to process refund requests.
Additionally, all requests must be submitted directly by the sponsor, as we are unable to process requests on behalf of another party.
Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to return to your account

Snap! Mobile, Inc. does not permit local sponsorship in the following circumstances:
a) the business requires age-verification for entry or certain services;
b) the business is not licensed by the appropriate local and/or state government entity.

Snap! Mobile and its customers reserve the right to reject or remove any sponsorship that does not meet our terms and conditions or brand standards. After purchasing, sponsorships will be reviewed within one business day and will appear on the fundraiser page once approved. If it does not meet our policy and guidelines, you will receive a full refund.
