The join code is a 9-digit code used to attach your account to an existing fundraiser.
If you are a team/group member: Your group leader or coach will provide this code once they are ready for you to join the fundraiser! You can also reach out to our Support team at support@snap-raise.com with the full name of the fundraiser, and we would be happy to provide it for you!
If you are the group leader or coach: this code will be provided once your fundraiser is created by your representative! You can also reach out to our Support team at support@snap-raise.com with the full name of the fundraiser, and we would be happy to provide it for you! If you have not been in contact with a representative, please reach to our Support team so we can get you in touch with a local representative!
If you are making a donation: You will not need a join code or personal Snap! Raise account if you are trying to place a donation. This can be done through the direct link sent out by participants, which can be resent upon request by those team/group members. Additionally, our Support team is also able to send you a direct link to the campaign page your participant is joined to upon request. To do this, we will just need the full name of the campaign you are contributing to!
