A parent is missing a student(s) on their account, what do I do?
Typically, this is due to the way the data has been sent to us by your school/district, and the system has created duplicate/multiple accounts for the guardian.
Please reach out to the Snap! Connect Help Desk at Connect.Help@snapraise.com, and one of our representatives will be happy to look into this and merge the accounts if needed. Please provide:
- User first and last name
- The name of the school the user is associated with
- All enrolled children's full names, and schools
