Add Coaches and Administrators in Registration

Type=One Line, Product=Manage, Style=Full Color

Note: If you previously used a universal login for Registration, this login will no longer work. With single-sign on for Snap! each user will have their own login and access tied to a specific email.

Follow the below steps to add Coaches and Admins

NEW Coaches

  • Select the Staff Admin tab on the left side navigation menu.
  • Select the Coaches tab in the top navigation menu.
  • Select the blue + Add New Coach link in the top right corner.

Registration_Staff_Admin

  • Enter the Coach's First NameLast Name, and e-mail in the corresponding boxes.
  • Select (check the box) Groups/Teams or Camps to assign the coach.
  • Click the blue Assign button in the bottom right corner.

Registration Add a New Coach

  • Choose what level of permissions the user should have within each sport and level you have assigned them
    • Head Coach/Sponsor: Has view and edit rights to all teams.
    • Coach/Sponsor: Has view and edit rights to assigned team(s).
    • Assistant: Has rights to only view assigned team(s).
  • Click the blue Assign button in the bottom right corner.

Registration Staff Admin

  • Your coach will receive an email from Snap! Manage inviting them to your school's registration page. They will need to follow the "click here" prompts within that email to set up their single sign-on account and log in. Remind coaches to check their junk folder! If coaches do not receive the email, you can click resend the invite to resend the invitation.

NEW Admin

  1. Select the Staff Admin tab on the left side navigation menu.
  2. Select the Administrators tab in the top navigation menu.
  3. Select the blue + Add New Administrator link in the top right corner.
  4. Enter the First NameLast Name, and Username/e-mail in the corresponding boxes.
  5.   Click the blue Create button in the bottom right corner. 
  6.   Your admin will receive an email from Snap! Manage inviting them to your school's registration page. They will need to follow the "click here" prompts within that email to set up their single sign-on account and log in.
