Adding Additional Staff Members + Roles Overview

Program Admin and Program Staff can add additional staff to the program or specific groups in your program's Snap! Spend account! 

Roles Overview

  • Program Admin | Main user of the program's account. 
  • Program Staff | Can manage program and all groups. 
  • Program Observer | View only settings for the program. 
  • Group Staff | Can manage the specific group(s) they are added to. 
  • Group Observer | View only settings for the specific group(s) they are added to. 

 

Adding Program Staff Members 

  1. Navigate to the People tab. 
  2. Click + Add Users on the right hand side of the screen. 
  3. Enter the required information, select Program Staff (or Program Observer if you don't want them to edit anything in the account), and click Invite Users.

  1. Navigate to the People tab. 
  2. Click + Add Users on the right hand side of the screen. 
  3. Enter the required information, select Group Staff (or Group Observer if you don't want them to edit anything in the account), select the group, and click Invite Users.

You can also add Group Staff from Staff section in each group. 

  1. Go to the group's page that you want to add them to.
  2. Click the Staff tab at the top of the page in between Budget and Settings.
  3. Click + Add Staff in the top right-hand corner of the screen and follow the on-screen steps.
