Guardian Quick Start Guide (Registration)

The guardian quick start guide provides your parents and guardians with instructions on how to create a registration account as well as providing them with a link to the parent/guardian resource center. Please keep in mind that you need to share your Registration URL with parents/guardians so they are able to access your Registration site. Select from one of the options below. 

Editable PDF

Option 1

For schools who want parents/guardians to access Registration from their athletic/activity website. Download the PDF document below. The document is an editable guardian quick start guide that you can be shared with parents. Access to Adobe is required to edit this document. 

Steps for downloading and editing the PDF

  1. Download the ⬇️ Registration | Guardian Quick Start Guide.
  2. Click the download option.
  3. Click print.
  4. Change the 'destination' to PDF and an editable PDF will download.

Option 2

For schools who want parents/guardians to access Registration from their Registration URL. Download the PDF document below. The document is an editable guardian quick start guide that you can be shared with parents. You need to share your Registration URL with parents in step 1. Access to Adobe is required to edit this document.

Copy and Paste Template

Option 1

For those schools who want parents/guardians to access Registration from the athletic/activity website. Copy and paste the template below into an email or other communication with parents/guardians. 

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Navigate to your schools athletic/activity site and click the Registration tab located on the left hand side navigation panel.
  2. Since you are a new user you will need to create an account. Click the blue Create an account link at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Enter your first and last name, and email address, and create a password. Write down your password so you don't forget it!
  4. Click the blue Create Account button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Begin Registration

  1. Click the blue Begin Registration button on the right-hand side.
  2. Select the sport or activity you would like to register for.
  3. Enter all your child's information into the Add New Participant form.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and finish registering your child.

Use the Registration Resource Center link to access the resource center and view a list of commonly asked questions when registering.

For schools who want parents/guardians to access Registration from their Registration URL. Copy and paste the template below into an email or other communication with parents/guardians.

  2. Since you are a new user you will need to create an account. Click the blue Create an account link at the bottom of your screen.
