How do I message my student's teachers on the app?

Messaging your child's teacher in the Snap! Connect application is simple — you don't need any contact information or even their name.

*If you do not see all of the children you expected to see, please email connect.help@snapraise.com

     1. Tap the magnifying glass to go to the directory.
     2. Tap the name of the teacher you want to message. 

     3. Tap    .

     4. Type your message and tap "Send." 

• If you have multiple children whose schools are using Snap! Connect, you will only see one child at a time listed at the top of the directory.
• To look at another child's teachers, tap the name of the listed child. You will then see a list of all children to whom you are linked. Tap on any of their names to view and message that child's teachers.
