You receive account credit when your School has refunded a prior registration directly as a credit, instead of refunding back to the original payment method. If you have a credit on your account, it will appear like this on your home screen after login:
If you plan to register your student for an activity, camp, or event in the future, we recommend you keep the money in your account for use at a later date. This is easier for your school and could avoid incurring a transaction fee on your next registration.
Follow the steps below to learn how to request a refund. You have the option to receive your credit in the form of a physical check mailed to you, or an ePayment we will set up for you through Bill.com
- Click the light blue 'Request Refund' button to review your options
- Send an email to manage.support@snapraise.com with the following information:

Your credit will automatically apply on the next registration you sign up for. There are no steps you need to do for this credit to apply!
