I accidentally registered at the wrong school

If your student appears to be registered at the incorrect school, it may be due to viewing the wrong school's portal. Each school affiliated with Snap! Manage has a unique URL that directs to their specific registration page.

If you discover that the registration has already been completed at the wrong school, gather the following information:

    • Student’s full name
    • Activity registered for
    • School incorrectly registered at

Contact Snap! Manage support with the details provided above so we can assist in deleting the incorrect registration from the incorrect school's system.

If there is a payment associated with the incorrect registration, please inform us during your communication. Handling of funds will need to be coordinated directly with the school where the incorrect registration occurred, and a credit will be issued to your account directly. 

 

Preventive Tips:

To confirm that you are accessing the correct URL for your student’s school. You can find the list of schools and their respective URLs by visiting https://schools.snap.app/. Navigate to the correct school’s page and proceed with the registration under the 'Registration' tab found on the top menu bar. Alternatively, you can switch to a new school within registration itself by visiting, https://manage.snap.app/register/schools?.

  • Always double-check the school name displayed on the registration page before proceeding with the registration.
  • Bookmark the correct school URL to avoid future mistakes.
