Lost, Stolen, and Replacement Snap! Spend Group Staff Debit Cards

If your debit card has been lost. stolen, or damaged, you can report it or replace it on Snap! Spend. 

 

Lost or Stolen Cards

1. Navigate to the Groups tab. 

2. Find the desired group and click Debit Cards

 

Click the 3 dots on the card you'd like to report lost or stolen, click Report Lost or Stolen, and follow the onscreen prompts. 

 

 

Once you report your debit card, it will be deactivated almost immediately. Once the card is deactivated, it cannot be used for any purchases or transactions. Any pending transactions will still be completed.

 

Replacement Cards

1. Navigate to the Groups tab. 

2. Find the desired group and click Debit Cards

 

Click the 3 dots on the card you'd like to replace, click Replace Card, and follow the onscreen prompts. 

 

 

The replacement card has the same card number, expiration date, and PIN as the original card, and does not require additional activation!
