Post Onboarding | Group Staff Training with Customer Success Manager

Your Onboarding Manager provided you with the Self-Guided Group Staff Course, but if your Group Staff/Team Managers need additional training, your Customer Success Manager will set up a training call to make sure everyone is set up for success!

Who should I invite to the meeting?

Feel free to invite all of your Group Staff/Team Managers and any Admin who would like to join! 

 

How long is the meeting?

Your Group Staff will meet with the Customer Success Manager for 30 minutes to learn how to  successfully set up their Snap! Spend accounts. This will also allow time for any questions your Group Staff might have! 

 

What if someone can't make it? 

Your Customer Success Manager can record the Zoom call and send you the link after the meeting. Feel free to send this link out to any Group Staff who couldn't make it during the scheduled time!
