Reporting Invoices and Transactions

Click the Reporting tab to easily view all transactions across your entire organization. You will be able to look up:

  • Offline and online transactions
  • Transfers to and from your bank account
  • All paid, upcoming, and past-due payments

The Invoices View

The Invoices tab shows you a list of all payment items and statuses for each participant.

Invoice Filters

To help you find exactly what you are looking for, you can filter the results by player, team, payment status, and date range.

Filter Type Description
Filter by Participant Find a specific participant
Filter by Group Find a specific group
Filter by Payment Status Find invoices with a specific payment status (e.g. paid, upcoming, stopped, refunded, etc.)
A payment item may have more than one status. For more detailed information, check out our guide on payment statuses.
Filter by Date Range Find transactions for a specific date range

For example, if you wanted to find all the participants who have not signed up for Snap! Spend and also have past due payments, you can apply these filters to find that complete list of participants. You can export by clicking the blue Export as CSV button

Another common use for this feature is to export an individual player’s payment schedule. Here’s an example if we wanted a specific player’s payment schedule for a specific team within this year to date.

Invoice Details

Each description links to the Invoice Details which lists all transactions related to that invoice. Related transactions may include the invoice payment, any transactions incurred if the payment fails, and the related Transfer Out transaction.

The Transactions View

The Transactions tab lists out all the invoice payment-related transactions that impact your account.

Transactions Filters

To help you narrow down the exact transactions you are looking for, you can filter the results by date range, transaction type, transaction status and payment method.

Filter Type Description
Filter by Date Range Find transactions for a specific date range
Filter by Transaction Type Find a specific type of transactions (e.g. invoice payment, invoice refund, transfer out or in). Fees are considered payments out.
Filter by Transaction Status Find invoices with a specific transaction status (e.g. settled, processing, failed, etc.)
For more detailed information, check out our guide on payment statuses.
Filter by Payment Method Find transactions for a specific payment method (Bank or Card)

Transaction Details

As with the Invoice Details, each description links to the Transaction Details which lists all transactions related to that invoice.

If you’re looking for an itemized list of all invoices included in a transfer to your bank, you can find it in the the link attached to the description of the Transfer Out. You can then export the list as a .csv file to share with your bookkeeper.

Export Current View

Once you have applied your filters and the results are exactly as you want them, you can export the data to a .csv file by clicking the blue Export as CSV button.
