Troubleshooting Sign-In

If you encounter an error while trying to sign in to your Snap! Spend account, you may be trying to log in with incorrect credentials or an incorrect 2FA code. 

Incorrect Login Credentials 

This error message will appear when the login information provided is not associated with a Snap! Spend account. 

Note: If you're unsure what email address was used, please contact your program directly and they can provide you with the correct one! 

Incorrect 2FA Code 

This error message will appear when the two-factor authentication code (2FA) is entered incorrectly.
