Using Store Points

 

In your Store Dashboard, points can be used in a few different ways.

Let's go ahead and take a tour of your Admin Dashboard so you can begin setting up your account to accomplish necessary tasks throughout the rest of the course. Click this link below to begin your dashboard tour! 

 

Awarding Points
You can send points to members for them to use in the store to purchase gear, simply: 

  • Select a member
  • Add the number of points you want to award 
  • Click Submit

 

Redeeming Points
You can send points to your personal account and purchase gear from the store, simply:

  • Select Redeem 
  • Add the number of points you want to redeem
  • Click Submit

 

Buying Points 

You can purchase more points to award to your members, simply:

  • Select Buy
  • Add the number of points you wish to purchase
  • Input payment information 
  • Click Buy 

 

Checking Out with Points

Once points have been accumulated to an account, they can be used to purchase items from a Snap! Store. 

1. Check to see how many points are available

  • Sign in to your Snap! Store.
  • Click on your name. 
  • Click My Account.
  • Click My Reward Points.

2. Proceed to Checkout with Points 

 

 

  • After adding items to your Snap! Store cart, click your cart, then click Proceed to Checkout.
  • Enter all relevant shipping data, and scroll down to the bottom of the screen to apply your reward points.
  • From here, you can either click Apply All Reward Points to use all of your points, or click the arrow next to Apply Custom Points Amount to use a specific amount of points for your purchase. 

3. View Used Points After Checkout

  • After a purchase is made, you can see your redeemed points in the purchase breakdown. This breakdown can be found in your order confirmation email (shown here) or your order history. 
  • To navigate to your order history, click your name, My Account, and then click My Orders.
