Changing a User's Role

As a Program Admin, you can change a user's role easily. You might want to make them an Observer instead of a Group Staff, for example. Here's how to do that:

 

1. From the "People" tab, locate the user for whom you need to change the role.

2. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the user and select "Change Role".

 

3. You can now use the drop-down to change this user to a different role. Be sure to submit to save your changes!
