Add a Non-Athletic Event (Dance, Play, Etc.)

Option 1: Add one-off Events (like Sports Info Night, Awards Night, etc.)

1. Go to Operations > Special Events
2. Click "+" to add a new event
3. Fill in details and check "Featured Event" so it shows on the home screen for all users
4. Save & Publish (if you don't see it in the app, please refresh and save again!)
5. OR add in bulk under Imports > Import Data using the Special Event Template and following this tutorial.

Option 2: Add Non-Athletic Events in Bulk:

1. Add in bulk for a single team/club on Import Data
2. Download the Special Event Template
   • Note: In the "Featured Event" column, enter TRUE for this event to show on everyone's home screen
   • Follow the Import Tutorial Here
3. After finalizing the import, go to Operations > Special Events
4. Click the "Staged" folder
5. Publish individually or in bulk (Group Actions > Publish).
