Add and Edit Levels and Groups

Type=One Line, Product=Manage, Style=Full Color

When you add or edit levels and groups in Registration and you also use Manage AD Assist then you will also need to update your Teams in AD Assist.

We highly recommend you log into AD Assist and Registration at the same time. You will want to be in your Teams tab of AD Assist so you can copy exactly what is in AD Assist to your Registration.

📝 Step-by-step directions

  1. Log in to Registration.
  2. Select the Home tab on the left side navigation menu.
  3. Select the Registration Setup tab in the top menu.
  4. Select the 🔹blue sport/activity you would like to add or edit a level.
  5. Scroll down to the Groups section.
  6. Click the 🔹blue Add Group link.
  7. Enter the Group Name example: Boys FA Football
  8. Enter the Sport Name Note: This must match exactly what you have added in AD Assist
  9. Select the Level from the dropdown Note: This must match exactly what you have added in AD Assist.
  10. Select the Gender from the drop down Note: This must match exactly what you have added in AD Assist.
  11. Click the 🔹blue Save Group button.
  12. Repeat steps 6 - 12 to add more levels.

The screenshot below is an example of where you will find the NameSport and Level you want to match in AD Assist.
