Add Links and Resources

Adding links and resources to your website is a great way for your parents and guardians to easily access any resources, documents or links they need view, download and print. Many of our schools use the links and resources area to share resources such as; letterman jacket information, athletics parent guide, NCAA eligibility center, athletic season dates, pre-participation physical examination forms etc. When adding a link or resource you have the option to post the resource to the front page of your website as well as sport/activity specific pages. Follow the steps below to learn how.

Add links and resources to your website so parents can easily access, view and print any resources you want to share with them.

Step by step instructions

  1. Log in to Control Panel
  2. Click Website in the left hand navigation
  3. Click Links/Resources in the top navigation
  4. Click the blue 🔗 Add New Link text on the top right.
  5. Add the Link Name - this will be the title of the link on your website.
  6. Copy and paste the link address.
  7. Leave the link type on the default 'Other Links'.
  8. If you need to attach a file instead of a link skip the link address box and click attach file then follow the onscreen instructions.
  9. Display on Front Page checkbox: Check here if you want the link/resource to post on the front page of your website.
  10. Select a group below to post your link/resource to a specific sport/activity page.
  11. Click save when you're done!
