You can quickly add several participants to a group by copying a list of names and email addresses from a spreadsheet and pasting it into the Bulk Upload Form, simply follow the steps below.
- Prepare a spreadsheet with participant names in one column and guardian email addresses in the second column.
- Go to the group page you want to add participants to. Click the blue Add Participants button.
- In the window that appears, click to expand the Bulk Upload Form section.
- Copy the participant names and guardian emails from the Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheet (you can also use CSV) and paste the data into the form field. Then click Add to List.
- If everything looks good, click the blue Submit button.
That's it! You can do this for each group you want to add participants to. If you have a lot of groups and would prefer to send us a spreadsheet to add all participants at once, you can do that too.
