There are two ways to add ticket links in the app portal: by a custom link per team or a default ticket link. This article will discuss both options.
Default Ticket Link
The default ticket link will automatically fill in under every team. This is a great option if you have one link across the entire list of teams. If some teams do not need the link, or some have custom links, you should not select this option.
1. Go to Configuration > General Settings
2. Scroll down and locate the Default Tickets URL section:
4. Save your changes when finished!
Custom Ticket Link in Team
1. Using the sidebar navigation panel, click App Content and then Teams:
2. Select the team you'd like to add a link for.
3. Click "Edit Team" on the left-hand side
4. Locate the URL section and add a custom link here:
4. Save the team when you are finished!
