You're able to request a new logo on your teams gear as long as the campaign has not started. If the campaign has not started, please navigate to the campaign dashboard to request a change through our support team.
Please follow these steps:
1. Click the "edit" button on the left hand side
2. Click "fundraiser gear shop"
3. Under the address, you will see the gear logo. If you would like to request any changes, please click the "Request Changes" box
4. From here, please be as specific as possible regarding the logo change you would like.
Once you add all the details, click "send request". This will automatically send a request to our support team.
We will reach out within 48 hours to either confirm the logo change submission or request more information.
Note- You will receive an email once your new logo is ready for approval. This generally takes 10 business days from the date of the logo change submission. Please keep an eye out in your email!
Once you receive this email, you will need to log back into your account to approve the new logo or request more changes.
You will not be able to start your campaign until the logo is approved
