Can I receive a refund on my donation?

If the fundraiser you donated to is still active, then Snap! Raise can process a refund on behalf of the organization. Please contact us via the chatbot on your left by clicking "chat with the team" or you can email us at support@snapraise.com or call us at (276) 531-9260 with the email you used to donate so that we can assist with your request.
Please note: refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to return to your account
Once a fundraiser has ended, the funds have been processed and disbursed to the organization. Therefore, we are unable to process refund requests.
After a fundraiser's end date, please contact the organization directly to inquire about refunds.
If you need the name of the organization, please refer to your donation receipt or contact Support, and we will be happy to provide that information for you.
