Can I receive a refund on my donation?
Once a campaign has ended, the organization's account is finalized. Therefore, we are unable to process refund requests. After a campaign end date, please contact the organization directly to inquire about refunds.
If the fundraiser you donated to is still active, then Snap! Raise can process a refund on behalf of the organization. Please contact us at support@snapraise.com or call us at (276) 531-9260 with the email you used to donate so that we can assist with your request.
