CONTROL PANEL ⚙️
You can easily post team updates, announcements, and scores to your team website through Control Panel. Note: Your school admin will need to create a profile for you in Control Panel, once complete you will receive an invite to set up your SSO account. Select the 'Click Here' prompt in the email and follow the instructions on creating your account.
By the end of Control Panel Training you will be able to:
- Post announcements to your website
- Post Scores to your website
- Post photos to your website
Logging in to Control Panel
Your school admin will need to create a profile for you in Control Panel, once complete you will receive an invite to set up your SSO account. Select the 'Click Here' prompt in the email and follow the instructions on creating your account.
Log in at https://manage.snap.app/control-panel/schools
Announcements ⚙️
Create announcements for your guardians/parents and fans to read. Announcements will be posted live to your website!
- Log into Control Panel
- Click the Website tab on the left-side navigation menu
- Click the blue Add New Announcement at the top right corner of the page
- Select the Start and End Date of your announcement
- In the Sport/Activity drop-down select the sport/activity page you would like your announcement to post to. If you want your announcement to only be visible on the home page of your website leave the sport/activity box on 'select sport'.
- Check the Show on Front Page box if you want your announcement to appear on the homepage of your website
- Add the title of your announcement in the Title box
- Type your Announcement in the Announcement box
- Click the blue Save button
- Your AD or administrator of Control Panel will need to approve your announcement
Post Scores - computer ⚙️
Follow the steps below to post-game day scores directly to your website.
- Log into Control Panel
- Click the Team tab in the left-side navigation menu
- Click the Results/Headlines tab in the top menu of the page
- All your events are highlighted in red on the calendar. Select the date of the event you would like to add a score to.
- All events for that date populate on the right side. Select the blue link of the event to begin adding a score.
- Click the blue Add New Result/Headline link in the right corner
- Add the scores to the Our Score, and Opponents Score boxes
- Select the outcome from the Outcome drop-down
- Click the blue Save button
Post Scores - phone ⚙️
Follow the steps below to post-game day scores directly to your website from your phone.
- Log into Control Panel on your phone
- Click the shortcut for scores on the login page titled "Results and Headlines"
- All your events are highlighted in red on the calendar. Select the date of the event you would like to add a score to.
- All events for that date populate on the right side. Select the blue link of the event to begin adding a score.
- Click the blue Add New Result/Headline link in the right corner
- Add the scores to the Our Score, and Opponents Score boxes
- Select the outcome from the Outcome drop-down
- Click the blue Save button
Post Photos ⚙️
Parents and guardians love to see their kids. Follow the steps below to begin posting photos to your website.
- Log into Control Panel
- Click the Team tab in the left-side navigation menu
- Click the Photos tab in the top navigation menu
- In the Select A Team box select one of the teams
- Click the blue Add New Photo link in the top right corner
- Add the title of your photo in the Title box
- Add a caption for your photo in the Caption box
- Select the type of photo you are uploading from the Photo Type box
- Check the Include in Random Photos box if you would like your photo to be posted on the homepage photo gallery
- Click the grey Choose File button to select the photo you want to upload
- Click the blue Upload button
