Many companies that offer donation matching have a dedicated matching portal or form where employees can submit their donation requests. These platforms usually allow you to provide details about the organization you're donating to, the amount, and any necessary supporting documentation. You can locate the necessary information in your donation receipt, or you may contact our Support Team for further assistance.
Once the match is processed, the donation will go directly to the charity or nonprofit organization. Please note that the matched donation does not pass through Snap! Mobile, but is made directly between your employer and the organization.
