Enrolling in the Apple Developer Account Program

If you have come to the conclusion that you will need to enroll in the Apple Developer Account Program from scratch, continue to the steps below. If you have not contacted your IT department to see if an account already exists, we recommend you start there.

NOTE: If IT is unaware of an existing account, there is still a chance that an account exists, meaning your new submission may get rejected.

Enrolling in the Apple Developer Account Program

  1. See What You'll Need to Enroll...
    • Not listed on the page above - you will need an email address with a domain that matches your organization website.
  2. Review DUNS# information or click to look up your organization.
    • Click here if you need a new DUNS#
  3. Using your information, begin the enrollment process
  4. Wait for your enrollment to be confirmed, then proceed to Inviting Snap! Mobile to Your Account

NOTE: Apple may call or email you regarding your enrollment. Reasons often include:

  • Identity Verification
  • Authority Verification (if giving someone with a lesser title the ability to enroll)
  • Additional Document Requests
  • Finalizing Enrollment

Keep an eye on your SPAM folder while awaiting a response on your dev account enrollment.

IF you have not received confirmation from Apple that your Apple Developer Account has been set up, set up a call with Apple Developer Support. (You will be prompted to sign-in using a valid Apple ID upon entering.)

PRO TIP: Set your Apple Developer Account Membership to Auto-Renew to avoid app update blockages.
