Exporting to Quickbooks

Spend PNG

You can export all of your online transaction data into a CSV file that is easy to import into QuickBooks Online. To do this, Navigate to the Reporting tab, and Transactions at the top of the page. Click the blue Export as CSV button.

This CSV contains all online payments, transfers to and from your bank account, refunds from your bank account and fees. It does not include added credit memos that have been recorded in Snap! Spend.

The QuickBooks export is intended for bookkeepers and accountants to be used for reconciling the following:

  1. Payments to you and deposits made to your bank account
  2. Transactions made between your bank account and your Snap! Spend account.
