FanX Integration Overview

 

Various integrations provide different rules and inclusions within FanX. Please reference below a quick overview of what each integration includes.

If at any time you have a question about a particular integration. Please submit a ticket to FanX Support via fanx.support@snapraise.com or reach out to your Account Manager.

Manage Integration Includes:

  • Schedules (when Event Type = “Games” and “Events”, not Practices or Meetings)
  • Scores
  • Announcements
  • Team Coaches & Rosters (if Registration is used)
  • Note: If you create a new team in Manage, a new team also has to be created in the FanX Portal. 

Arbiter Integration Includes:

  • Schedules
  • Scores
  • Data is reset on 7/1 of every year
  • Note: New teams need to be created & connected to Arbiter. Please contact your CSM for assistance. 

RankOne Integration Includes:

  • Schedules + Map Direction links for events
  • Scores
  • Rosters
  • Data is reset on 7/1 of every year
  • Note: New teams need to be created in the Portal & connected to RankOne. Please contact your CSM for assistance.

Sidearm Integration Includes:

  • Schedules + Links for Events
  • Scores
  • Rosters
  • News
  • Note: New teams need to be created in the Portal & connected to Sidearm. Please contact your CSM for assistance.
