Game Time Shows TBD
If you notice your Game time says "TBD" on your App, here's a few things you can check to troubleshoot:
Check Integration
Check to make sure the times are entered correctly if you use an integration by looking at the integration platform itself (Snap! Manage, Arbiter, RankOne). If the times need correcting, correct on the integration platform and allow sync time to automatically update the app portal and app.
Check Game Status on Portal
You can check the Game Status on the App Portal by doing the following:
1. Go to the Sports tab at the top of the Portal and click "Games".
2. From the Game list, filter or locate the game that shows as TBD. It will show on this list as TBD as well, which will make it easy to locate.
3. Click into the game, and to the right, locate the "Game Status" and change it to "On Time":
4. Save the game and allow the app to refresh to see your changes!
