The item was missing from the order
If your item was missing from the team order, please follow these steps-
1. Send an email to our support team at support@snapraise.com
- Please include the name of the participant in the email that is missing the item
The item delivered is the wrong size
If the item the participant received is not the size they selected on their account profile, please follow these steps-
1. Send an email to our support team at support@snapraise.com
- Please include the name of the participant who received the wrong size
- A picture of the tag on the item received
The item received is defective
If the item the participant received is defective, please follow these steps-
1. Send an email to our support team at support@snapraise.com
- Please include the name of the participant who received the defective item
- A picture of the defect on the item
The item received does not match the measurements on the sizing chart
If the item received appears to not match the measurements on the provided size chart, please follow these steps-
1. Send an email to our support team at support@snapraise.com
- Please include the name of the participant who received the item
- A picture of the tag on the item
- Pictures of the measurements of the item
- Please follow the instructions on the item size chart for how to measure.
- Ensure the photos show the picture of the measurement
- If you are unsure of how to measure the item or are unable to find the size chart, our support team can point you in the right direction!
