Geofenced Promotion Not Showing

If you have set a geofenced promotion, are within the geofenced location, and are not seeing the promotion in-app, follow these troubleshooting steps below:

 

 

  1. Make sure users have location services enabled in your app and phone settings - DON'T KNOW WHERE TO LOOK? CLICK HERE
    • Users can check the map in the app to see where their phone is at
  2. Make sure the proper geofence is set on the Promotion
  3. Check the set geofence location within Arenas & Stadiums to verify a latitude and longitude are set.
  4. Have affected user submit Diagnostic Logs via the Feedback page inside the app. (More Menu)
