Geofenced Promotion Not Showing
If you have set a geofenced promotion, are within the geofenced location, and are not seeing the promotion in-app, follow these troubleshooting steps below:
- Make sure users have location services enabled in your app and phone settings - DON'T KNOW WHERE TO LOOK? CLICK HERE
- Users can check the map in the app to see where their phone is at
- Make sure the proper geofence is set on the Promotion
- Check the set geofence location within Arenas & Stadiums to verify a latitude and longitude are set.
- Have affected user submit Diagnostic Logs via the Feedback page inside the app. (More Menu)
