For your fundraiser, as the group leader, you also have the ability to send out emails and text messages to perspective donors.
You can locate this on your group leader dashboard.
1) Sign into your Snap! Raise account and select the fundraiser in which you would like to invite supporters/donors to contribute. This will bring you to your group leader dashboard for the fundraiser.
2) Scroll down to the Expand Your Reach section and select "Manage Your Donors."
3) You can enter in both emails and phone numbers of the supporters you would like to invite to contribute to your fundraiser.
4) Type in the email or text in the appropriate box and click the blue plus to add.
5) Once the email or text is successfully added, you will see it listed to the right.
6) To remove an invite, you can simply click the X next to the email or number added.
7) You can also choose to Import a list of your contacts by clicking "Import" next to Add Donors.
8) If you choose to import, you can either choose to use the Snap! Raise provided template (through Microsoft Excel) or you can upload your own file.
9) Back on your dashboard, scroll down to the Expand Your Reach section and you will see the total amount of preloaded invites you have added.
*Preloaded emails and text will NOT be sent out until the fundraiser is officially active and your Snap! Raise representative has manually released them.
10) Once the fundraiser is active and the email and text invites have been sent out, you can check back under the Expand Your Reach section to monitor your personal donations. You can select "Manage Your Donors" for a further breakdown of your supporter's contributions.
11) You will be able to see which invites were sent, your total amount raised, and the amount of donations received.
