How Do I Invite/Remove Participants?
This article will walk you through how to invite or remove participants within your fundraiser.
For your fundraiser, you are able to add/invite participants to join your fundraiser. This will give them the ability to create a profile, join the fundraiser, raise funds towards their individual goal as well as the overall fundraiser, and invite perspective donors to contribute.
You can locate this on your group leader dashboard.
1) Sign into your Snap! Raise account and select the fundraiser in which you would like to add/remove participants. This will bring you to your group leader dashboard for the fundraiser.
2) Select the "Invite Participants" option on your Launch Center.
3) You now have the ability to invite participants in several different ways.
- Invite Through Snap! Mobile: You can enter email addresses and phone numbers in the designated boxes. Once you’ve entered the desired emails and numbers, ensure to hit the blue arrow send button.

Example of the text received: - Import Roster: This feature gives you the ability to upload past rosters, either with an uploaded file or with a past roster from a previous fundraiser.
If you choose to "Import From a File," you can either choose to use the Snap! Raise provided template (through Microsoft Excel) or you can upload your own file.
If you choose to "Use Existing! Snap Roster," you will be able to upload any previous rosters from your past campaigns. - Download QR Code Flyer: This feature will allow you to download a flyer with a QR code. When scanned, it will invite the participant to join the fundraiser.It will also include instructions on how to set up the profile and what is required of the participant.
- Use Participant Join Code: This will allow the participants to join the fundraiser directly using the join code.
Please Note: Participant Join codes are for Participants ONLY. The group leader will need to add other group leaders to the fundraiser through the main dashboard. Click here to add additional group leaders to your fundraiser.
By selecting "Copy Join Code Link," you can copy a link that can be sent via email or text to participants. Clicking this link will prompt them to either set up an account and join the fundraiser or, if they have an existing account, will automatically prompt them to join the fundraiser.

4) After you have invited your participants and they have accepted, you will be able to view them on your participant list. You can access this via your dashboard by either selecting "Participants" tab on the left side or by selecting "Manage Participants" under Participant Onboarding.
5) You are able to see how many emails and texts you participants have preloaded. Once the fundraiser has started, you will also be able to monitor individual donation amounts for each participant.
6) To remove a participant, simply select the blue trash bin icon next to their name on the list.
*If a participant has received funds, removing them from the fundraiser WILL NOT remove the donations. Donations can be requested to be refunded by the donor directly and while the campaign is still active. They can contact support to request this using the below information.
