Who Can Use 1:1 Messaging?
- Parents and participants can send direct messages to their coaches.
- Coaches can send direct messages to parents, participants, or both.
- Direct Messaging is available based on the user's applicable group or roster.
Can Participants Message Other Participants?
No. Participant-to-participant (kid-to-kid) direct messaging is not available.
Participants can use 1:1 Direct Messaging to communicate with their coaches, but they cannot send direct messages to other participants.
