How Do I Set Up Direct Deposit?
This article will walk you through how to set up your direct deposit and enter in your account information for your fundraiser.
For your fundraiser, when selecting Direct Deposit for your settlement method, you will be prompted to enter in the account information to receive the deposit(s).
You can locate this on your group leader dashboard.
1)Sign into your Snap! Raise account and select the fundraiser you would like to add the direct deposit information to. This will bring you to your group leader dashboard for the fundraiser.
2) Select the Edit button on the left-hand side of your screen.
3) Select the Financial Settings tab.
4) Select "Edit" next to Payout Details.
5) Select "Add bank account."
6) A pop-up screen will list popular banking organizations. Select your bank. You will be prompted to log into the account directly through the banking organization.
If you cannot find your bank, proceed to step 7.
7) If you are unable to find your specific bank, you can select "Can't find your bank?"
8) You can then manually enter in the required information, without logging in through the banking organization.
9) Ensure you select "Submit" after entering in your routing and account numbers, to save the information.
10) Once your account has been successfully linked, you will see the account listed under Payout Details.
11) You can update your Payout Intervals (the frequency in which you receive deposits) by selecting "Update" next to Payout.
12) You can select to receive deposits Daily, Weekly, or a lump sum deposit at the end of the fundraiser.
Daily: You will receive approximately 50% of the funds raised the prior 24 hours of your fundraiser.
Weekly: You will receive approximately 50% of the funds raised the prior 7 days of your fundraiser.
At the end of the fundraiser: You will receive one lump sum deposit of your total funds raised, minus the Snap! fee, upon finalization of the fundraiser. Finalization is when all the funds have moved into the fundraiser account from the donations. This can sometimes take up to a week to complete.
13) Ensure to select "Update" to save your selection.
*You are able to enter in your direct deposit information after the close of the fundraiser.
*If you DO NOT enter in your direct deposit information within two weeks of the fundraiser closing, the settlement method will automatically change to Mailed Check and will be delivered to the address on file.
