How Legacy Donor Invites Work

If you’ve run a fundraiser with us in the past, previous supporters who haven’t yet been invited to your current campaign may receive a one-time Legacy Donor invite. This helps you reconnect with past supporters who may be happy to give again.

Legacy Donor invites are sent halfway through your fundraiser, giving supporters plenty of time to participate.

Supporters are contacted using the same method they originally chose when donating. For example, if someone donated via text message, they’ll receive a text invite. If they donated by email, they’ll receive an email invite.

This process helps you reconnect with past supporters in a familiar, respectful way while honoring their communication preferences.
