Messaging channels can only be created by admins through a web browser. Once created, messaging can be done via a web browser or the app.
Follow the steps below to create a new messaging channel!
1. From the platform through your browser, click on the chat icon located in the top right corner, next to your name.
2. This will prompt you to the Messaging Dashboard. Click "New Chat" to start a new channel.
3. You can then choose to message internally or with guardians or participants!
If starting a program channel, you will then select the sport/activity, season, and a Channel Name as well as other details. You can select if you'd like it to be a 2-way chat or a Broadcast channel as well:
If messaging internally, the system will allow you to select a user also associated with your organization.
